Our MMF group is a global, multi-asset class business, specializing in principal investing and lending in all levels of capital structures on a risk-adjusted return basis. MMF is the primary center for United Software Corporation’s middle-market financing and investing activity. The group lends and invests United Software Corporation’s capital directly to mid-sized to large IT outsourcing and implementation firms.

Liability Management

Our Liability Management team advises on and executes public and private debt transactions including tenders, exchange offers, and consents. These transactions are often executed as part of broader corporate restructurings, asset sales and refinancings.
